A useful replenishment schedule is based on what you actually use, not a generic monthly subscription.
Record the essentials
Keep the exact brand, product name, pack size, quantity and supplier details for every regular item. Note the opening date and follow its labelled shelf-life and storage guidance.
Observe your usage
Track several maintenance cycles to understand how quickly you use each item. Bottles, tape rolls and pre-cut packs may run out at very different times.
Build a simple reorder point
Consider your average usage during the confirmed supplier lead time, plus a modest allowance for delivery variation. Avoid large speculative purchases of products with limited shelf life.
For studios
Separate frequently used items from client-specific requirements. Use the oldest suitable stock first, retain batch details and review stock before every replenishment inquiry.
