What is collected

When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, email, destination, optional business details, chosen items and the message you provide. Please do not send medical records, identification documents or payment information. Server logs may contain connection information needed to operate and protect the service.

Why it is used

Inquiry information is used to review your requirements, communicate about that inquiry and prevent abuse. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Your information is not displayed publicly.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored on the hosting infrastructure used for this website and are accessible to authorised administrators. Processing and administrative access may occur outside your country, including in mainland China. Inquiries are scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless you ask for earlier removal; short-lived operational backups may retain copies for a further 30 days.

Browser storage and third parties

Your product shortlist is stored in your browser so it survives refreshes. Removing items clears them from the shortlist; you can also clear site storage in your browser. Administrative sign-in uses necessary cookies. This site does not use advertising tracking. Fonts are served locally.

Your choices

Use the inquiry form to request access, correction or deletion, and include the earlier reference where possible. Identity may need to be verified before records are disclosed or removed. Only provide the details needed for your inquiry.
